'PlainPassage Pizzeria started with one vision: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to Via Vittorio Emanuele 75. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our small, family-operated pizzeria originated with time-honored recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, our originator, mastered the craft of pizza-making through her expeditions across Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—where pizza was first created. After her return to the UK, she was set on replicating the essence of classic Italian pizza, sticking to original practices and using only the finest components.
Originally a humble 12-seat pizza shop, we've evolved into a cherished neighborhood mainstay, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness has stood constant. We continue employing age-old wood-fired oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and source premium ingredients.
Nowadays, 'PlainPassage Pizzeria' is still a family-run business, with the Rossi family's next generation at the helm of our committed staff. While we've adopted a few new trends, our foundational ethos remains: crafting delectable, real pizza that unites everyone.
